Contribute To Feisty Aphrodite
We are always looking for writers offering a fresh, new, innovative way to write about feminism, activism, women’s issues, women’s history, book/film/audio/etc. reviews, interviews or any other topic you can think of.
Submission Guidelines
Please submit your fully written article to the editor. Please make sure you proofread your article a couple of times before submitting as grammatical errors and misspellings will be cause for rejection. If you have sources, please cite them correctly and verify information. Articles should be between 800 and 2000 words. You may submit a photo or illustration with the article but please send along the photographer or illustrator’s written permission to use it. Include a brief biography of yourself and whether or not you would like your email and/or web address displayed on your bio page.
Rights
You, the author, agree not to publish your article anywhere else for a period of 9 months from the publication date. Afterwards, you may publish it again.
Payment
Payment is $50 per article. We pay 2 weeks after publication on Feisty Aphrodite and payment is deposited into your PayPal account (so you must have a PayPal account to be paid!). If we find out that you have plagiarized content, payment will not be made.
